These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ConceptFB website, alpha platform, learning tools, applications, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms are an agreement between you and ConceptFB ("ConceptFB," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Services, or otherwise using ConceptFB, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

ConceptFB is currently being offered as an early-stage alpha product.
The purpose of the alpha is to test, evaluate, improve, and develop ConceptFB before broader public release.

ConceptFB may modify the Services during the alpha without providing advance notice for every change.

Direct ConceptFB accounts are intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use ConceptFB only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.
ConceptFB may require parental or guardian approval for certain accounts, features, research activities, permissions, purchases, or other activities.
If a parent or guardian authorizes a minor to use ConceptFB or creates an account or profile for a minor, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the minor's use of the Services.
Children under 13 may not independently create or control a direct ConceptFB account.
Where ConceptFB makes the feature available, a parent or legal guardian may create and control an adult-managed learner profile for a child under 13.
The adult account holder remains responsible for:
ConceptFB may restrict, suspend, or disable under-13 learner functionality until any legally required parental notice, verification, or consent process has been completed.

ConceptFB is intended to supplement football learning.
ConceptFB does not replace the judgment, instruction, or supervision of a qualified coach, league, school, athletic organization, medical professional, or other responsible adult.
Football terminology, assignments, techniques, systems, and coaching philosophies can vary between teams and organizations.
Content presented by ConceptFB should therefore be understood as educational material rather than a representation that every team, coach, school, organization, or football system uses the same terminology or methodology.
Users should follow the instructions, rules, terminology, and safety requirements of their own coaches and organizations when participating in actual football activities.
ConceptFB is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, return-to-play decisions, or individualized medical advice.
Nothing provided through ConceptFB should be interpreted as permission to participate in physical activity or continue participating after an injury.
If you experience an injury, symptoms of a possible injury, or concerns regarding your ability to participate safely in football or physical activity, seek appropriate guidance from a qualified medical professional.
Where football technique or safety concepts are discussed, they are provided for educational purposes and do not replace proper in-person instruction, supervision, equipment, or safety procedures.

We do not guarantee that using ConceptFB will result in:
A user's football development depends on many factors outside ConceptFB's control.
You may use ConceptFB only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Football teams and organizations may treat certain playbooks, terminology, scouting information, game plans, film, signals, documents, or other materials as confidential or proprietary.
You are responsible for determining whether you have permission to upload or share team-related information through ConceptFB.
Do not upload confidential, proprietary, restricted, or private team material unless you are authorized to do so.
ConceptFB's ability to accept an upload does not mean ConceptFB has determined that you have the legal or contractual right to provide it.
ConceptFB wants users to tell us what works, what does not work, and what should be improved.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, recommendations, corrections, or other feedback specifically about ConceptFB ("Feedback"), you permit ConceptFB to use that Feedback without restriction or compensation to improve, develop, market, or operate ConceptFB.
This means ConceptFB may implement an idea suggested through Feedback without owing the person who suggested it ownership rights or compensation merely because they suggested the idea.
This provision does not automatically give ConceptFB permission to publicly identify you, publish a testimonial using your name, or use your likeness.
Those permissions may be requested separately.
Participation in the alpha does not automatically require you to participate in optional research or permit ConceptFB to use your identity in marketing.

ConceptFB may provide scores, completion indicators, progress measurements, achievements, quiz results, or other learning information.
These indicators are features of the ConceptFB educational system.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they should not be interpreted as:
ConceptFB may modify scoring systems, mastery requirements, assessments, and progress calculations as the platform develops.
Because ConceptFB is in alpha, we cannot guarantee that all account information, saved progress, drafts, diagrams, quiz history, learning history, preferences, or other information will always remain available without interruption or error.
We will use reasonable efforts to operate and improve the Services, but alpha users should understand that early-stage software can change.
Where a feature is particularly important to you, you should not rely on ConceptFB as the sole repository for information that cannot be replaced.
ConceptFB may rely on third-party technology providers to operate parts of the Services.
These may include providers that support:
ConceptFB may also contain links to third-party websites, videos, resources, or services.
Independent third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
ConceptFB is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or independent practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
ConceptFB may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to some or all of the Services if we reasonably determine that:
Where appropriate, ConceptFB may provide notice or an opportunity to address an issue before termination, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal compliance, or protection of the Services.
A user whose access has been suspended or terminated may not create another account to bypass that restriction without ConceptFB's permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONCEPTFB AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
This may include loss arising from:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONCEPTFB'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CONCEPTFB FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

The limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where those laws apply, ConceptFB's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you are an adult user or parent or guardian agreeing to these Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConceptFB and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

If a court or other authority determines that part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision should be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
If ConceptFB does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean ConceptFB has permanently waived the right to enforce it.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without ConceptFB's permission.
ConceptFB may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the ConceptFB Privacy Policy and any additional terms or consent notices that expressly apply to a particular feature, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
If additional terms apply to a particular feature and conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will control for that particular feature to the extent of the conflict.
